Refund & Returns

RETURN POLICY
All purchases are regarded as final. However, if you receive a damaged item or an item that does not match your purchase, you have the option of exchanging it or receiving a refund. Please keep in mind that we do not provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or used cosmetic products for sanitary concerns.

If you believe there is a fault with your purchase, please email us at contact@braneitbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line "Return and #OrderNumber" and include a photo of the item along with a description of the issue. We kindly request 1-3 working days to process your request. 

REFUNDS
Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specified number of days. If you have completed these steps and have not yet received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@braneitbeauty.com

EXCHANGES
We provide exchanges exclusively for cases where you require a replacement on a defective or damaged items. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

If you need to initiate an exchange, kindly email us at contact@braneitbeauty.com with the subject line "Exchange and #OrderNumber."

For any returns, please ensure that the items are unused, unaltered, undamaged, and accompanied by their original packaging. The returns should reach us within 30 days from the date you received your parcel.

Please be aware that when requesting an exchange, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item(s). We will send you the replacement free of charge, but this offer applies to one shipment only.
