Change of Mind Returns
You may return or exchange products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned for change of mind.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product, an item different from what you ordered, or one with damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will offer a refund, exchange or credit.
Excluded Items / Final Sale
Sale, clearance, personalised or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., opened makeup, sample items) are not eligible for change of mind returns and may be marked as final sale.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or store credit) once the item is received and inspected.
How to Submit a Return
Contact us at info@braneitbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions on how to ship the item back. Please include all original packaging and proof of purchase.
