ORDERS & PAYMENTS
To place an order with us, please complete and submit the order form on the Site. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your orders. Once transmitted through the Site, all orders are considered irrevocable and unconditional. We have the right, but not the obligation, to process such orders without further consent or notice. We reserve the sole and absolute discretion to accept or decline any order received through the Site. Acceptance of your order occurs when a confirmation email with an assigned order number is sent to your registered email address, establishing a contract between you and us. Each fully-paid order constitutes a separate contract governed by these T&Cs. If we cannot process your order, we will notify you, which may happen if the product is out of stock, our resources are unexpectedly limited, credit reference requirements are not met, there is an error in the price or description, or we cannot meet the specified delivery deadline. The price you pay for the product is the listed price on the Site at the time of order submission. All payments are processed in Australian Dollar (AUD). We reserve the right to change the price of any product without prior notice or explanation. Please complete payment within forty-eight hours from the time of order placement. Unpaid orders after this time-frame will be automatically canceled. If a product has been mis-priced on the Site, we reserve the right to terminate the order and notify you, regardless of whether the products have been dispatched, are in transit, or payment has been charged.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products available for purchase on the Site. However, there may be slight variations between the products and their pictures. The images on our Site are for illustrative purposes only, and actual colors may differ due to lighting conditions and screen calibration. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or error-free nature of the product descriptions or other content on the Site.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS 
All sales are final, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer exchanges or refunds. Return shipping fees will be refunded for acknowledged defective or incorrect items. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@braneitbeauty.com with your order number, a photo of the received item, and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request. Upon receiving an acknowledgment email with return instructions, send the item(s) back to us using a shipping method with tracking. Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and accompanied by their original packaging, reaching us within 30 days from the date you received your parcel. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost during shipping will be denied and the customer will be held responsible. If you return an item that does not meet the specified requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return and refund request. Refunds for missing or lost parcels will be processed only upon official confirmation from the shipping company. Please note that returns, exchanges, and refunds are only accepted for items purchased from the Site. Items purchased elsewhere are not eligible.

DELIVERY
The shipping cost and estimated delivery time for your order will be shown to you on our Site during checkout. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you accordingly, and the items will be dispatched once they become available. The delivery timeframe is not essential, and neither we nor our agents can be held liable for any delivery delays caused by various factors. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to inclement weather conditions or customs clearance procedures. Any customs duties or taxes required by your country's regulations will be the customer's responsibility.

BOUNCED PARCELS
If a parcel bounces back or fails to be delivered due to reasons unrelated to us, we reserve the right, without prejudice to any other available remedies, to charge you for storage costs and additional delivery expenses. In case of repeated failure to accept delivery of the product, we may choose to terminate your order.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PRODUCT
Once we deliver the product to the specified address, it becomes your responsibility. You will own the product once we have received full payment for your order.

TERMINATION OF ORDER
We retain the right to terminate your order by providing written notice in the following circumstances:
  • Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe
  • Failure to provide us with necessary information, such as the delivery address, within a reasonable period after our request
  • Failure to allow us to deliver the product within a reasonable period

If we terminate your order based on the above situations, we will refund any advance payments made for undelivered products. However, we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs incurred as a result of breaking the contract.
